Keith Smith
President & Founder
Keith Smith, most recently, was the Executive Vice President of SABIC Innovative Plastics. Prior to this role, Mr. Smith spent over 30 years with DuPont in various roles including Vice President of Engineering Polymers and Vice President, Sourcing & Logistics and business, marketing and research roles in both Geneva, Switzerland and the U.S. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for a few industrial companies. Mr. Smith was on the Southern Chester County United Board of Directors from '09-'12. He earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Jack Sanders
Secretary
Jack Sanders is currently a realtor with Remax. Over his career, he has held many sales roles including vice president, director and district manager roles in companies such as Dunn & Bradstreet, Pars Manufacturing, Lewis Gilman & Kynett, Donnelley Information Publishing, and Tannenbaum & Alook Corp . Mr. Sanders is active in giving back to the community. He is on the Refugee Resettlement in Delaware Program committee, is an instructor at Gander Hill Prison, is a coordinator for the Interfaith Program, and on the Veterans Interfaith Workshop committee. Mr. Sanders received his bachelor's degree in Scholastic Philosophy from St. Bernard College and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program in Business & Marketing from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business. He served in the U.S. army behind the “Iron Curtain" in East Germany.
James Olivere

James J. Olivere III is a lifelong Delaware resident. Mr. Olivere was a business owner for 31 years and is presently working in the Office of Defense Services for Delaware.

Barbra Besse
Financial Director
Barbra Besse works as a Business Manager for Presidio Vista Properties. Previously she worked for 10 years at Delphi Automotive/General Motors in various management and engineering roles. Ms. Besse also runs her own catering business. She received her Bachelor's of Engineering from Clarkson University, and an MBA from Niagara University. She volunteers for Habitat For Humanity and The Stone Valley Education Fund.
